Makeup Base MISSHA M Perfect Cover BB Cream RX SPF 42 PA+++ #17 This combines a foundation with a medium coverage, a skin care product and a decently high SPF in one product. It has arbutin, niacinamide, adenosine, rosehip oil, jojoba oil, ceramides, hyaluronic acid, peptides, collagen, amino acids and several extracts. Its formula reminds me of one of my all-time favourites, Bourjois Healthy Mix foundation , as it has a similar light texture that looks natural on the skin. Finish is natural-satin, but it can on some days also be more glowy on me (normal-dry skin). Shade #17 fits me great, which is another big plus. CLINIQUE Even Better All-Over Concealer + Eraser Another coverage product with nice skin care ingredients. It contains niacinamide, vitamin C, caffeine, resveratrol, hyaluronic acid, peptides, salicylic acid and a couple of extracts, so it's a nice looking list of anti-ageing & brightening ingredients. It's been my concealer of choice since I got it a couple of ...

Revlon So Fierce! Chrome Ink

Revlon's metallic eyeliners that are available in three shades, but in Slovenia we got these two, the deep silver Gunmetal and bronze Bronzage. The third is a metallic purple Ultraviolet Foil. Now these don’t' have the best feedback online and having tried these I get why. It's because this formula is tricky from the start and Revlon didn't state two important things on the eyeliners: shake well before (first) use and store downward. I had mine for 5-6 months now and they are still as intense as the first day.  When I got these, Gunmetal was fine, but Bronzage was watery, separated and unpigmented. I got concerned I got a bad one, but I shook it well and stored it downwards for an hour. After that it swatched fully opaque in one swipe and this hasn't changed to this day. Both shades apply smoothly and without any gaps on the eyes, however, when I'm shaping the line after that first swipe, it's best to place the nib where needed and dab the product on, becaus...

New in #115: Hair Care Edition

OLAPLEX N°0 Intensive Bond Building  A repurchase. This is a liquid, strongest Olaplex that is meant to be used together with n.3 to boost its effects. You soak dry hair with it and then apply n.3 over it. I find this combination works better than just n.3 and without it I don't see much "touchable" results, but this combo makes it feel soft. They have to improve the packaging though, because using the nozzle is painfully slow. I just unscrew the bottle and pour it on the hair and for some sections I transfer it into a spray bottle.  Notino OLAPLEX N°3 Hair Perfector  Another repurchase. I'm not a big fan of this on its own because the results are pretty bland on my hair, but in combination with other Olaplex products it's better. Since I'm bleaching my hair, this is a must in my stash and I've bought several bottles so far. I always have one full one in my backups. Notino OLAPLEX N°4 Shampoo Shampoo was one of the last Olaplex products I haven't tried...

HADA LABO Gokujun Cleansing Oil One of my favourite cleansing oils. It emulsifies well, doesn't leave a film on the skin, doesn't irritate my eyes or make my vision foggy and it's not scented. It cleans well, but I need to do a double oil cleansing for removing eye makeup to get some more long lasting mascaras off (both waterproof formulas and some regular ones). It removes SPF well in the first go. I have to order this one from Japan and now with the new customs charges, it just became more expensive (not much, but still. Just dealing with that is annoying). This is available also in refills. Now I found Nuxe which is more effective when it comes to mascara removal (also waterproof) and it's sold here for a similar price. Repurchase: Maybe, I still have a backup refill. Nuxe is easier to get. IT'S SKIN Power 10 Formula Propolis My skin loves propolis and this is so far the only propolis serum that I know of is sold in local drugstores. It keeps my skin in check a...
